1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SoloDApp, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and applicable consent documents.

2. Age Requirement

SoloDApp is intended for users aged 16 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

3. Educational Service

SoloDApp provides interactive Solidity lessons, coding challenges, automated checks, progress tracking, and related educational tools.

The platform does not provide legal, financial, investment, or security audit advice.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your account credentials secure;
  • providing accurate registration information;
  • using the platform lawfully;
  • not attempting to bypass access limits, authentication, payment, or testing infrastructure.
  • 5. User Code and Submissions

    You may submit Solidity code for automated validation. By submitting code, you allow SoloDApp to store, process, test, and display it back to you as part of the learning service.

    Do not submit malicious code, personal data, secrets, private keys, or third-party confidential information.

    6. Premium Access

    Some lessons, validation features, or priority queue capabilities may require Premium access. Specific limits and paid plan details are shown in the subscription interface.

    7. Data Retention

    User account data, learning progress, submissions, and related audit records may be retained for up to 5 years after account deletion or last activity, unless a shorter or longer period is required by applicable law.

    8. Acceptable Use

    You must not:

  • attack, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform;
  • submit code intended to escape the sandbox or harm infrastructure;
  • use another person's account;
  • infringe intellectual property rights;
  • use the service for unlawful activity.
  • 9. Availability

    SoloDApp may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, infrastructure changes, or third-party provider outages.

    10. Changes

    We may update these Terms. Material changes may be announced in the interface or by email if you have an account.
